Shipping

Orders will usually be shipped in 1-2 working days. Please let me know if your order is time sensitive and I'll do my best to accommodate. International shipment is available to some international regions; if yours isn't included, please just send an email and I will arrange this with you. Unfortunately EU shipment is not possible do to new regulations. Collection from my studio in Deptford is also possible, just use code PICKUP at checkout.

Packing

I use recycled materials for packing where possible, including bubble wrap, reused boxes, and packing peanuts.

Returns

If you would like to return an order, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it and I will issue a refund if the item is unused and undamaged (unless this happened during postage). For orders outside the UK, I unfortunately can't accept returns.
